The Opera Gala is our most glamorous fundraising event of the year in Sydney, featuring gourmet food, premium wines and stunning performances from opera’s stars.

This year for the first time, guests will be entertained by the stunning voices of 40 singers from the Opera Australia Chorus. The event will be held at one of Sydney’s most spectacular spots – Pier 2/3 in Walsh Bay - where guests will be seated amongst the singers, sets and costumes from Opera Australia’s stunning production of Aida. 
 
The Opera Gala will feature exclusive live and silent auctions, with money-can’t-buy items, luxury travel packages and operatic experiences. Guests will also have the chance to support Opera Australia’s exciting Community Partnerships projects through our tax deductible Fund-A-Project, helping to bring together diverse Australians through music.

Corporate VIP tables of ten $7,500 each ($6,000 being tax deductible)
