Ita Buttrose, 2013 Australian of the Year, has had an impressive media and business career and was awarded the Centenary Medal for services to Australian society in business leadership. She is an outstanding communicator advising both corporate and welfare organisations. Her impressive media career has given her first hand experience in breaking new ground to accommodate the ever changing role of women within the business community.

Opera Australia has undergone extensive growth in the past few years due to adventurous programming and dreaming big. We’ve asked Ita to take this same idea and present her thoughts on ‘Dreaming Big’. Join us for this inspiring event and enjoy a superb three-course lunch created by Alessandro Pavoni of Ormeggio at The Spit. Alessandro is part of the four chef gala event Dinner on the Dock on May 4^th. This event will raise essential funds for Opera Australia’s Young Artists Program
