EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

This leading national performing arts company seeks an experienced and professionally presented Executive/Administration Assistant to assist the Principal Executive Assistant to provide high level support to the Chief Executive and the Artistic Director.

Key responsibilities include:
  • providing a contact point to the Executive
  • diary and email management
  • arranging meetings and agendas
  • drafting general correspondence
  • general administration
  • travel coordination
  • managing invitations 
  • organising events and functions
Applicants must have:
  • relevant experience as an executive/administration assistant
  • a polite and professional manner
  • sound organisational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
  • self motivation and initiative
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • advanced MS office skills


Applicants should have a strong interest in the arts, and ideally some familiarity with opera.

This is a part time position, working weekday mornings. Some flexibility in hours exists. The Company offers great benefits in terms of access to performances and arts events.   

The position is based in Surry Hills, Sydney.
